Vaxet är vattenlösligt och består av naturliga ingredienser som socker, vatten och citron. Under behandlingen används antiseptiska eteriska oljor och svalkande aloe vera för att minska ev. hudirritation och infektionsrisk. Vid regelbunden vaxning blir hårväxten glesare eftersom man med tiden tröttar ut hårsäckarna.
Tips före vaxning:
-Utväxten bör vara minst 6-8 mm (vanligen minst 2 veckors utväxt).
- Huden skall vara nyduschad och fri från lotion eller liknande produkter.
- Ingen solning 24 timmar innan vaxning.
- Undvik vaxning om du har extremt tunn hud (kortisonhud), vätskande eksem, färska ärr samt om huden är lätt brännskadad efter solning.
Obs! För att få ett bra och hårfritt resultat är det viktigt att ditt hår är minst 6-8 mm. Vid kortare hår än 6 mm så kommer inte vaxet åt hårstråna och därmed blir det inte det perfekta hårfria resultatet du önskar.
Tips efter vaxning:
- Undvik dusch 24 timmar efter vaxning
- Undvik solning 2-3 dagar efter behandling
- Inte utsätta huden för icke rekommenderade produkter inom 24 timmar.
- Torrborsta gärna huden och använd peeling mellan vaxningarna (men undvik rakning!)
Hur ofta bör jag vaxa mig?
Är det första gången du vaxar dig/ det har gått mer än 6 veckor sedan ditt senaste besök så rekommenderar vi ett återbesök efter 2-3 veckor. Därefter är ett lagom tidsintervall 4-6 veckor mellan vaxningarna, men kan variera något beroende på hårväxt.
